Carlos Luis Redondo Gutiérrez

A former professor of Private Law at the University of Costa Rica, Carlos Luis Redondo Gutiérrez was also head of the Legal Department at the Costa Rican Ministry of the President (1992-1994). 

He is an international legal consultant and arbitrator for the International Centre of Conciliation and Arbitration (Centro Internacional de Conciliación y Arbitraje CICA).
