Real Estate and Construction Law

Given the extensive Real Estate development that Costa Rica has experienced, our group has actively participated in the development of condominiums, infrastructure development of wholesale lots and hotel resorts as well as private property in public concession zones. C&S Law Group covers all construction phases required by the client including the elaboration of construction contracts and building permits during the entire construction process.

We also provide management services to new owners. Our team of experts includes specialists in Environmental Law, Tax Law, public accountants and engineers which help guide its clients through this complex process

Our group is recipient of the Bizz Prize along with Scotiabank (Costa Rica) S.A. and Intel of Costa Rica S.A. in 2007, an award granted by the Word Confederation of Businesses, to companies that have a proven excellence in business.
